Co-President

Cici Xie is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Over the past summer, Cici interned at T. Rowe Price as an equity analyst. The summer before HBS, Cici did her pre-MBA internship at Twin Peaks Capital Limited, a growth-oriented equity long/short hedge fund. Prior to that, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focused on public market M&A and cross-border M&A.

Co-President

Tim Voss is a second-year MBA student and co-president of the HBS investment club. Prior to business school he worked as an associate at EIG Partners, an Energy PE firm, and as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies. This summer he interned at HighSage Ventures as a long/short equities analyst.

Chief Financial Officer

Justin Schlacks is an EC and the CFO of the Investment Club. Justin graduated from Dartmouth College in 2017 and worked in investment banking and corporate development prior to HBS. Justin interned at Goldman Sachs in their wealth management division and will be joining full-time after graduation in 2023.

Co-PM of Alpha Fund

Akil is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. He spent the past summer at Capital Group on the US equities team. Before HBS, he was on the private equity team at KKR and the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.

Co-Head of 2022 Investment Conference

Ray Rudianto is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Over the summer, Ray worked at ARGA Investment Management, a $10B AUM value-oriented global equities fund manager based in Connecticut, where he covered Luxury Goods/Retail.

Co-Chief of Careers

Mina Para is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and is the co-Chief of Careers for the HBS Investment Club. This past summer, Mina interned at Wellington Management, working on the Bay Pond Fund – a long/short crossover fund specializing in Financial Services and Fintech. Mina graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Economics.

Chief Communications Officer

Tyler Zon is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and is the Chief Communications Officer of the HBS Investment Club. Prior to business school, Tyler worked at Great Hill Partners, where he focused on investments in the enterprise software space. Tyler graduated from Swarthmore with degrees in Computer Science and Economics.

CO-PM OF ALPHA FUND

Cynthia Roberts is a second-year MBA student and co-PM of the Alpha Fund. She spent the summer as an intern at Capital Group in the US Equities division. Prior to business school, Cynthia worked as an Analyst at long/short equity fund Adage Capital Management, and as an Equity Research associate at Morgan Stanley.

Co-Chief of Treks

Caroline Lis is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. She spent the past summer at Franklin Templeton in the Franklin Equity Group covering clean energy. Prior to HBS, she was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Dimensional Fund Advisors, managing various international equity strategies with factor overlays. She has been a CFA Charterholder since 2019.

Chief of Social Programs

Carol is a second-year student at Harvard Business School. Prior to business school, Carol was an associate at Bain Capital Private Equity based in Hong Kong, focused on consumer and TMT investment. Prior to that, she worked at Bain & Co as a consultant. Carol holds a B.A. in finance from Zhejiang University.

Co-Head of 2022 Investment Conference

Ruoshi Qi is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, she was a private equity associate at Advent International. Before Advent, she was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs. This summer, she interned at Marshall Wace, a long short equity hedge fund with $55bn+ AUM.

CO-CHIEF OF TREKS

Jinlian is a second year student in the MBA class of 2023. Prior to HBS, she worked in Mars Wrigley Confectionary and Alibaba And more recently worked as intern in a private equity firm and equity research firm.

CO-CHIEF OF CAREERS

Born in Wuhan, China, I attended high school in Singapore and college in the U.S. at Duke University. Before HBS, I worked at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and Apax Partners in Shanghai.
