Mina Para is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, Mina interned at Wellington Management, working on the Bay Pond Fund – a long/short crossover fund specializing in Financial Services and Fintech. Mina graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Economics. Prior to HBS, Mina was the Owner/Operator for his family business, which was part-pizzeria and part-real estate holding company. He began his career working in strategy at the Markle Foundation, a non-profit focused on closing the opportunity gap for Americans without college degrees
